I have a particular interest in early relational, attachment, complex, developmental, and trans-generational trauma. I keep up to date with current thinking and therapeutic advancements in the treatment of trauma. I have worked with a diverse range of adults, and am committed to providing a Service that is tolerant and respectful of difference, irrespective of race and ethnicity, culture, religion, gender, sexuality, age and disability. I have extensive skills and experience developed within the NHS and private practice settings. I have worked with adults who have presented in therapy with the following issues:
Anxiety, depression, dissociation, loss, abandonment, bereavement, and feelings of emptiness
Relationship, attachment, and intimacy difficulties
Parental narcissism and the narcissistic family system, family dysfunction, enmeshment, and estrangement

Gender identity, sexuality, racial and cultural identity
Neurodiversity
Addictions including, sex, work, relationships, alcohol and drug misuse
Disordered eating
Borderline presentations
Difficulties with affect regulation
Suicidality and self-harm
PTSD
Complex trauma
Childhood neglect and abuse (including emotional, physical, sexual and spiritual)
People living with, and recovering from, the complex and adverse impact of severe and enduring childhood trauma.
