
About Me

Qualifying in 2009 at the University of Birmingham, I trained and worked for several years in NHS Psychotherapy Services in Warwick,, and then later, at the Tavistock Clinic in London, part of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, where I completed a further rigorous professional clinical psychotherapy training, which specialised in working in a modern, multi-cultural context.
I am a fully qualified and accredited member of the TSP, the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists, and the BPC, the British Psychoanalytic Council.

I have also trained in Energy Psychotherapy, a trauma-focused approach which includes, working with the acupoint meridians, using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and the energy centres (chakras), Ask and Receive, breathing and grounding exercises, amongst other energy therapy methods, which I integrate alongside my core practice for alleviating and clearing the symptoms associated with trauma , anxiety, depression, addiction and physical pain.
For the past 7 years I have worked in Private practice in Brighton.
